2. Grain Services

All services, including grain receival, cleaning, grading, packing, and storage, are subject to seasonal availability and operational capacity. Clients must ensure delivery specifications are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Wimpak reserves the right to reject loads that do not meet safety, contamination, or compliance standards.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

Service pricing will be quoted at the time of booking or intake and may vary based on load quality, grain type, or handling requirements. All invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms specified on each invoice. Late fees may apply for overdue accounts.

 

4. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure care and accuracy in handling, Wimpak accepts no liability for damage, loss, or deterioration caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, contamination in grain delivered, or third-party delays.

 

5. Export & Compliance

For clients using our export packing services, all grain must meet the regulatory and documentation standards required by Australian export authorities. Wimpak facilitates DAFF-authorised inspections but is not responsible for rejections due to non-compliance or incorrect declarations made by the supplier.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Wimpak or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any material without written consent.

 

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected through contact forms or service bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
